This Privacy Policy explains how Style.AI collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services. We've written it in plain language because we think you deserve to understand what happens to your data.
Style.AI is operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. Throughout this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Style.AI application. If you need to reach us for any privacy-related matter, see section 12.

Style.AI uses artificial intelligence — specifically image analysis, computer vision, natural language processing, and content generation — to analyze your photos and generate personalized styling recommendations. Our AI is provided by OpenAI (GPT-4o vision model).

We use TLS encryption for data in transit and encryption at rest for stored data. Access to production systems is limited and logged. We follow industry-standard security practices including authentication tokens, row-level security on databases, and secret management. No system is 100% secure, but we apply strong safeguards. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law, including within 72 hours under GDPR.
Style.AI is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from such children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@trystyleai.app and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.
